We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced English Lecturer to join a college on an hourly-paid basis. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and effective lessons in ESOL to learners aged 16-18, supporting them to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching in ESOL to 16-18-year-old learners.
- Plan and assess lessons to meet a range of learner needs, ensuring progress and achievement.
- Contribute to creating an inclusive and positive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide timely feedback.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience teaching in a college environment or delivering ESOL to 16-18-year-old's.
- Recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
- Strong subject knowledge and ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
