Crynodeb
This role involves working closely with children in care who may have experienced early adversity and trauma. It requires a therapeutic approach grounded in Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP), focusing on building safe, trusting relationships and helping children feel understood, valued, and supported as they develop resilience and emotional well-being. The role will involve; Attending Team Around the Child Meetings to offer a psychological perspective Undertaking therapeutic interventions supervised by the senior clinicians Report Writing Working with carers and residential home managers to offer a psychological understanding of behavioural presentations. Formulation meetings with carers. Training/Teaching Sessions on PACE (training will be provided).
