About the Role

Join Cennox as an Installations Project Manager in our our IMAC team and drive the end-to-end delivery of installation projects, ranging from ATM hardware, security systems, signage and construction for some genuinely iconic clients across the UK.

Home based, with travel to client sites nationwide as required, You'll manage multiple contracts, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. From planning and sourcing contractors, to liaising with clients and managing financials, you will play a key role in driving operational success.

What You'll Do

  • Manage installation projects from start to finish across the UK

  • Oversee contractors and operatives, ensuring the right skills and training are in place

  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, CDM regulations and industry standards

  • Control budgets, schedules, and resources to meet client KPIs and SLAs

  • Prepare documentation including risk assessments, method statements, supplier orders and project reports

  • Build strong client relationships and represent Cennox at review meetings

  • Identify and resolve on-site installation issues quickly and effectively

  • Work closely with Technical and Electrical Managers to ensure installations meet security and compliance standards

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience managing site operations and contractors

  • Strong background in installation projects within construction, banking, security, or financial services

  • Excellent project management and client communication skills

  • Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and process implementation

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable

  • General building and construction knowledge

  • Health & Safety management experience (CDM regulations)

  • Relevant qualifications in Project Management or Health & Safetu
