The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Kitchen Porter to support our busy kitchen team. As a vital part of our back-of-house operations, you will ensure the kitchen runs smoothly by maintaining cleanliness and assisting with essential tasks.
Key Responsibilities
-Washing and sanitizing dishes, cookware, and utensils to maintain high hygiene standards.
-Keeping the kitchen, storage areas, and equipment clean and organized.
-Assisting with basic food preparation tasks under the guidance of our chefs.
-Supporting the team with stock rotation and deliveries.
-Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
-Collaborating with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.
What We’re Looking For
-A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
-Team player with good communication skills.
-Previous experience as a kitchen porter or in a similar role is a plus but not essential – full training will be provided.
-Passion for hospitality and a desire to contribute to a world-class dining experience.
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
