Crynodeb
The role is to receive, offload, store, and manage raw materials, components, and part finished goods to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of production.
Key responsibilities include receiving and storing incoming materials, rotating stock so oldest is used first. Maintaining accurate inventory records and issuing stock to shopfloor daily. Logging stocks in/out of stores and liasing with colleagues to update stock figures. Highlighting daily any potential stock issues and completing shortage sheets.
Organising storage for optimal space utilization and continually checking / rotating components whilst adhering to Health & Safety. This role is crucial for preventing disruptions and maintaining the supply chain.
Checking gas canisters / bulk and organising for these to be replenished.
Organising collection of waste skips / putting waste into skips.
End of month stock counts.
Forklift licence - Essential
Hours of work - 8-4.30p.m. Mon - Thurs, 8-1p.m. Fri
Must have attention to detail.
Must be a good communicator.
