WorkwithSchools are looking to recruit an Attendance Officer for a York secondary school.
This is a temporary full-time role, to start September 22nd, with the potential to go permanent.
We are offering a competitive pay rate.
This role includes meeting with key children and parents and taking responsibility for the attendance system.
You should have;
Previous experience working in an administration role
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent computer skills, including data entry and knowledge of SAGE. Scholar Pack and/or Parent Pay would be advantageous, but not essential
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work undertaken
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A willingness to undertake an Enhanced Criminal Records check via the DBS
