Crynodeb
Responsibility for the delivery of fire safety training for all staff at all sites that fall within the management remit of this role. This must be conducted in accordance with the adopted and preferred Training Needs Analysis (TNA) developed by the HFSM. As FSA, you will be expected to undertake and keep continually up to date technical fire risk assessments for all sites within your management control, in accordance with the requirements of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. These must be completed to a highly technical standard, identifying all known risks associated with fire safety for appropriate action planning. Reporting any concerns directly with the HFSM.
