We currently have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, dedicated and skilled Estates and Health and Safety Administrator. The information below provides more detail about the role.

Duties:

  • To assist the Estates and H&S manager on relevant Health and Safety legislation and its effects upon the College, Assist the Estates & H&S managers in their role with administration duties and tasks within the estates and the H&S department.
  • To assist the Estates and H&S Manager in the preparation of and keep under review the College's Health and Safety Policy, Procedures & Codes of Practices.
  • To promote through support & guidance safe working practices throughout the College.
  • To monitor compliance with legal requirements and College policy in respect of Health and Safety.
  • Administrate and support with Purchase orders and associated financial procurement within the Estates and H&S departments.

Skills/Experience:

  • Highly organised and motivated individual
  • Excellent IT skills with competency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good time management and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work individually and effectively as part of a wider College team.
  • Self-Motivated and ability to manage own time effectively to complete designated tasks.

Qualifications:

  • 4 x Level C or equivalent GCSEs, Including Maths and English
  • IOSH Managing safely
