Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving new business, nurturing leads, and closing sales opportunities. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our services clearly, and guiding them through the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
• Contact and follow up with potential clients who have expressed interest or booked appointments.
• Understand client needs and present tailored digital marketing solutions.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle – from initial outreach to closing and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM.
Skills & Requirements
• Previous experience in sales, telesales, or business development (marketing/agency experience preferred but not essential).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable with cold calling, warm calling, and handling objections.
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, etc.) is an advantage.
