We are seeking a committed and caring nurse who has supervisory experience and can lead a team with a valid UK NMC Pin, who wants to work for a supportive and caring employer in a Good rated care home registered nursing, residential and dementia

Role: Clinical Unit Manager
Salary: £25.00 per hour
Hours: 42 hours per week
£54600 per annum

Main Responsibilities:

Oversee the effective operation and delivery of the nursing team
Work closely with the Home Manager and Deputy Manager on recruitment and training of nursing staff
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and relevant legislation
Attend management meetings and provide updates on nurse staffing and resident care
Supervise nursing staff and oversee care planning and compliance processes
Additional Duties:

Shared responsibility for staff recruitment, induction, training, and appraisals
Monitor CQC standards and liaise with inspectors
Ensure all nurse staff receive supervision, training, and support
Maintain nurse rotas and develop resident care plans
Uphold the highest standards of nursing practice
Requirements:

Valid UK NMC Pin (essential)
Experience in a nursing leadership or management role
