As a Candidate Experience Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of delivering a seamless and professional recruitment journey for our candidates. Based across our Epsom Head Office and Barbican Support Centre, you'll support both corporate and consumer-facing teams, ensuring every candidate feels informed, valued, and supported throughout their interview process.
You'll work closely with Talent Acquisition Managers, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to coordinate interviews, manage diaries, prepare interview packs, and maintain clear communication with candidates. You'll also contribute to our employer brand by supporting social media activity that showcases our recruitment efforts and company culture.
As a Candidate Experience Coordinator, you will:

Liaise with hiring managers to secure interview availability, feedback, and wash-up sessions.

Schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates, ensuring all parties are informed and diaries are updated.

Maintain a live log of interviews and candidate progress for weekly updates with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers.

Use Workday ATS to progress candidates through the recruitment pipeline.

Support candidate screening and produce weekly reports on screening activity.

Prepare comprehensive interview packs for panels, ensuring they have all necessary materials.

Assist with social media posting to promote roles, share recruitment updates, and highlight candidate experiences in line with our employer brand.

Represent the Talent Acquisition team professionally across both internal and external communications.
To succeed as a Candidate Experience Coordinator, you will bring:

Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within recruitment or HR.

Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Quick learner with the ability to navigate new systems (e.g., Workday).

Professional, confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

A proactive mindset with a passion for delivering a great candidate experience.

Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and an interest in employer branding is a plus.
