We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic individual to develop social media initiatives and content creation to drive the marketing of our counselling and psychotherapy services.
UK Mental Health Solutions is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for an individual interested in developing their skills in digital marketing. The 18 month apprenticeship will provide practical experience to compliment their external training, equipping the successful candidate with the skills needed for roles such as Digital Marketing Assistant, Social Media Executive, Content Co-ordinator, and more.
We are seeking motivated individuals who demonstrate the following:
Educational Qualifications
Basic English and Maths at GCSE Grade 4/C or above. A-levels or equivalent are desirable.
Knowledge and Understanding
Understanding of digital marketing channels and tools. An interest in SEO, social media, email marketing, data analytics, and content management systems is advantageous.
Skills and Abilities
Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate initiative.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office/Google Suite and familiarity with digital tools e.g. Canva (desirable).
Experience
Prior experience in marketing or social media is desirable but enthusiasm and willingness to develop are key, together with a genuine interest in developing our brand creatively across all platforms.
Personal Attributes
Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to develop new skills.
Creative, adaptable, and interested in digital media trends.
Ability to commit to an 18-month apprenticeship training placement.
Working week: 30 Hours per week, Mon-Wed 9.00 – 5.00pm, Thu-Fri 9-12am.

About the employer: We are a counselling and psychotherapy service based in Drighlington, between Leeds and Bradford. We offer face-to-face therapy locally but also have a large online presence. We continue to grow our client base but seek to increase our volumes through increased digital activity.
