Key responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care that promotes the health, welfare and development of young people.

Working pattern
- Rolling rota: 1 day on, 2 days off, with a requirement of 12.5 shifts per month.
- The rota includes sleep-ins, which are shared across the team. Any shortfall against the 12.5 shift requirement will be scheduled within the same month.

- Proven experience working in residential childcare, ideally with young people with Learning Disabilities and EBD.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, childcare legislation and Ofsted standards.
- Experience of supervising or leading staff and conducting formal supervisions.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and confident record-keeping.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and to manage challenging behaviour.
- Flexible, reliable, and committed to professional development.
- Driving licence desirable (role may involve taking young people to appointments).
