Warehouse Line Leaders needed in Newmarket!
We are looking for motivated Line Leaders to join a busy fruit warehouse in Newmarket. This is a rota-based position with flexible hours – you choose the days that work best for you.
Position Overview:
Job Title: Line Leader
Location: Newmarket – Fruit Warehouse
Shifts: 12-hour rota shifts (Mon–Sun), flexible workdays
Pay: £12.21 p/hr during training, rising to £12.36 p/hr after training
Weekend & Overtime rates: £12.71 p/hr during training, rising to £12.86 p/hr after training
Key Responsibilities
• Leading and supervising a team on the production line
• Ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently
• Monitoring quality standards and reporting any issues
• Supporting, motivating, and training team members
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Communicating effectively with management and colleagues
Requirements
• Previous experience in a warehouse, food production, or supervisory role is an advantage, but experience required to apply - full training provided
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Attention to detail and focus on quality
• Reliable and committed to teamwork
