Summary

Great opportunity to work as a Field Operative for our client - Europe's largest pumpkin producer.

Staffline is recruiting Field Operatives in Spalding.

The rate of pay is £12.21 per hour.

This is a full-time role working fixed days and the hours of work are:
- 7am to 5pm

Your Time at Work

As a Field Operative your duties include:

- Picking mature pumpkins by hand and preparing them for storage or shipment.
- Identifying ripe pumpkins based on color, size, and hardness.
- Cutting stems with knives or clippers while avoiding damage to the fruit.
- Lifting and carrying heavy pumpkins to bins, trailers, or packing stations.
- Cleaning, sorting, and possibly grading pumpkins based on size and quality.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will be happy to work outside in various weather conditions. You will be physically fit as there is some lifting required, and you must have good hand-eye coordination and care to avoid bruising or damaging the pumpkins.

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
