Information:Position: Front of House Security OfficerLocation: Central London (EC2N)Pay: £45,500 per annumHours: 55 hours per weekShifts: Days - Monday to FridayJob Requirements:SIA licence requiredExperience in high end corporate front of house, corporate security, or concierge servicesIT Literate - Good understanding of access control systems, visitor management systems and IT systems/programmes i.e., Microsoft Office for emailsExcellent written and verbal communication skills as well as customer serviceMust have an excellent command of English LanguageReliable, Responsible and PunctualA friendly, professional, courteous, and outgoing characterTo always take pride in your appearance, ensuring immaculate presentationFlexible in the approach to daily duties and additional events when held on site.Be confident you can undertake 100% of all specific dutiesBe able to provide all the documentation and vetting information requestedJob Summary:Meeting and greeting occupiers in reception, providing a warm 5-star greeting, ensuring occupiers receive VIP treatment.To ensure the security and safety all of guests who enter the building.Front of House staff need to be the part of the team that is the face of the companies we represent.To ensure guests and visitors are given an excellent standard of greeting and care whilst in the building.To ensure that all business needs are met, and that the company’s reputation is enhanced through the provision of exemplary reception, bookings, security, and concierge services.To be articulate and well informed and to ensure that occupiers’ and visitors’ needs pre-empted, met, and exceeded.
