Our client, who are a well-established family-owned business within the construction sector, have an exciting opportunity for Customer Sales Coordinator to join the team in Stonehouse on a full-time permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a busy customer focused environment and be able to take full ownership of customer engagement from initial point of contact to completion of the sale. You will work with a friendly team who are on hand to support with their knowledge and expertise throughout the process to ensure a top notch service.
To apply for this role you will need a full UK driving license as occasional visits to their other site is required.
Responsibilities:
-Be responsible for handling all new enquiries received by email and phone plus any walk-ins
-Schedule follow up calls and ensure they happen as agreed
-Respond to new leads and book initial quote appointments
-Arrange collection of deposits and secure survey meetings
-Process quotes, keeping customer informed of progress and action amends as required
-Maintain up to date records of customer communications within the CRM system
-Support the day-to-day operations with general admin as required
Candidate Attributes:
- Proactive and adaptable with a “can do” attitude
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Enthusiastic and methodical approach to learning
- Able to work independently following an initial training period
- Able to take responsibility and ownership of tasks
Hours – Monday – Friday – 8am - 5pm
Salary – Up to £28, 000 depending on experience + uncapped quarterly bonus + free onsite parking
