Job description:
The Office Manager will play a pivotal role ensuring efficient processes, and supporting our team in delivering high-quality service.
This position requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of office management, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture. They will oversee the office management for both Global House and Ashley Centre. However, the role itself will be base in Global House.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and emails from clients and suppliers
Create, format, and manage documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
Maintain accurate digital filing systems and store documentation securely
Assist with project scheduling and general operations support as and when necessary
Liaise with colleagues and customers in a professional, friendly manner
Support the Management Team with general admin tasks
Required Skills & Experience
Previous experience working in an office management role
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication
Organised, detail-focused and able to multitask
Positive, can-do attitude and approachable manner
Comfortable speaking to clients and managing sensitive information
Previous admin or PA experience is preferred but not essential if you're quick to learn
