We are currently recruiting for a General Sales Manager to join our Client’s highly respected franchised car dealership in Truro.
Our Client is offering the successful General Sales Manager up to £80,000 OTE.
Benefits for the General Sales Manager:
- £35,000 Basic Salary, £80,000 OTE
- Monday to Saturday, Day off in the week in lieu (No Sundays!) 43.5hrs per week
- Opportunity to join an established group with training and progression
Key Responsibilities for the General Sales Manager:
- Lead, manage and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced.
- Develop and roll out dealership marketing and publicity strategies to support objectives.
- Support the dealerships to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure dealership activities are conducted in line with our clients, manufacturer and regulatory requirements.
- Sell and Buy Vehicles
Requirements for the General Sales Manager:
- Have a proven track record within a the role
- Be results driven with a key focus on meeting objectives
- Adaptable, analytical and a strong communicator.
