Introduction
Dean Close Kingham Hill School is seeking reliable and professional Exam Invigilators to support the smooth and fair running of public and internal examinations. This is an important role in helping to maintain the integrity of the exam process, ensuring pupils have the best possible environment in which to achieve their potential.
The Role
As an Exam Invigilator, you will:

Ensure exam regulations are followed and a calm, supportive environment is maintained.

Supervise candidates, ensuring fairness and compliance throughout the exam.

Set up exam rooms, issue notices, and collect scripts securely.

Record attendance accurately and verify candidate identity.

Report any irregularities, incidents, or suspected malpractice to the Exams Officer.

Where appropriate, act as a reader, scribe, or transcriber for candidates entitled to access arrangements (training provided).

Support with general exam administration as required.

Experience of working with young people or in an educational setting is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
