Crynodeb
Main responsibilities include: Phlebotomy (taking blood samples) Measuring and recording blood pressure, pulse, height, weight, and BMI Performing ECGs Administering flu vaccinations (training provided if required) Diabetic foot checks NHS Health Checks and other preventative health work Supporting health promotion and lifestyle advice under guidance Accurate documentation and use of clinical systems What we are looking for: Previous HCA experience in primary care or another healthcare setting is desirable Trained and confident in phlebotomy (essential) Competent in BP monitoring, ECGs, and basic observations Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach Team player with the ability to work independently when needed Commitment to confidentiality and safe clinical practice
