About us
We manage a growing portfolio of short-let / Airbnb properties across Scotland. With back-to-back bookings and fast turnarounds, we need reliable cleaners who take pride in leaving every property spotless and guest-ready.
Key responsibilities
Clean and prepare bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and living spaces to a high standard.
Change bed linen, wash and iron sheets and towels, restock toiletries and supplies.
Carry out deep cleans on a scheduled basis (fridges, ovens, carpets, windows).
Report any maintenance issues, damages or missing items promptly.
Maintain cleaning checklists and property inventories.
Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.
Travel between properties (travel costs or allowance provided if agreed).
Person specification
Previous cleaning/housekeeping experience preferred (domestic, hotel or Airbnb).
High attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently without supervision.
Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks (lifting, bending, carrying).
Flexible with hours and able to work to tight turnaround times.
Driver’s licence and own transport an advantage (not essential if local).
What we offer
£13.00 per hour, paid monthly.
Flexible working hours to fit around other commitments. But 11 am to 1 pm is mandatory.
All cleaning products and equipment provided (or mileage allowance if using own).
Supportive team and potential for more hours as the business expands.
