Support recruitment, training, and employee development initiatives.
Operational Management:
Oversee school facilities, maintain compliance with regulations, and manage administrative tasks.
Strategic Planning:
Contribute to the school's strategic planning process and support the Headteacher in achieving school goals.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in business management, financial management, and/or HR.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

The Governors of Lindow Community Primary School are seeking to employ a dedicated and skilled School Business Manager (21 hours – Grade 7) to join our supportive team.This pivotal role will be responsible for managing the school's financial, operational, and administrative functions, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective resource utilisation.
Lindow Community Primary School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and expects all staff to share this commitment. Successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure.
Commitment to safeguarding
The staff and governing body of Lindow Community Primary School place the highest importance on keeping our children safe. Applicants for this post will therefore require two references, and be subject to rigorous induction processes including a DBS check.
