Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Capital Projects Manager (Project) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of capital projects from inception to final delivery. As a key player in our organization, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will be responsible for establishing project objectives, managing resources, and conducting risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential issues. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, particularly within capital project settings, and possess strong leadership and communication skills. Your ability to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, contractors, and team members will be essential in achieving project goals and ensuring the best outcomes for our organization. Responsibilities
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for capital projects.
Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and collaboration.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to guide project decision-making.
Monitor project progress, performance, and compliance with established standards and regulations.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Lead project meetings, ensuring that all team members are informed and engaged in the project process.
Identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during project execution to keep projects on track.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in capital projects.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management software and applications.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Hours Per Week: 37.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £299.19
Location: Southwark, South East London
