An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strong candidate to manager our breakfast and after school care at Barnett Wood Infant School, which provide a safe and caring environment where children can enjoy a range of play and learning activities. This role is varied, and we are looking for an adaptable, flexible and resourceful individual able to cope in a high-pressure environment and deal with constantly changing priorities.JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Organisation of a daily routine that meets the emotional, social and intellectual needs of the children.
• Supervising staff in the club ensuring consistent cover and that the correct ratio for the number of pupils attending is provided.
• Developing quality play and activity plans ensuring the engagement of all children specific to their individual needs through a variety of play opportunities.
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children that attend.
• Enforcing and implement all club policies and procedures, the implementation of play work principles and the EYFS statutory framework and general childcare requirements.WHAT WE OFFER: • Term-time hours, plus 1 Inset day

• Previous experience or childcare experience.

• A can-do attitude.
• A commitment to the happiness well-being, self-esteem and progress of everyone at the school.
