The Best Connection Employment Group is currently seeking CAT CE Drivers for ADHOC work with our valued client in Cranleigh, operating within the Logistic Distribution and Supply Chain sector.
As a CAT CE Driver, you will be delivering palletized loads using an electric pump truck. Routes will vary between trunking and depot drops, depending on the client's daily requirements. This position is ADHOC and often requires flexibility for last-minute cover, reflecting the dynamic nature of the Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain industry.
Key Responsibilities of the CAT CE Driver:
- Operate a CAT CE vehicle from Cranleigh to various UK locations, ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods.
- Conduct pre- and post-vehicle inspections as per company standards, checking tyres, fluid levels, gauges, and safety equipment.
- Follow assigned delivery schedules and job directives precisely, maintaining constant communication with the transport manager.
- Ensure all health and safety policies are followed at all times.
Requirements:
- Valid Category CE Licence
- CPC Certification
- Digi Tacho Card
- Own transport due to location and early start times.
