Are you passionate about supporting young people in their education? We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join a vibrant and inclusive secondary school in South Manchester.
Job Details:Start Date: ASAPContract: OngoingLocation: South ManchesterHours: Full-time, term-time only
Key Responsibilities:Provide general classroom support across a range of subjects and year groupsDeliver 1:1 support for students with additional needsAssist in creating a positive and engaging learning environmentWork closely with teaching staff to support lesson delivery and pupil progress
Ideal Candidate:Experience working with young people in an educational settingHas experience (voluntary or paid) supporting children's learningHolds (or is working towards) a relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 TA, CACHE) - not essential, but desirableWill consider entry level aspiring to be future teacherA proactive and flexible approach to supporting learningStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA genuine interest in helping students achieve their potential
