Inclusion Teacher - Functional Skills and SEN Support KS3 to KS4 Location: Coventry Full-Time | Long Term | Fixed Term Contract Available
A welcoming secondary school in Coventry is seeking a committed Inclusion Teacher to deliver Functional Skills and provide SEN support across Key Stages 3 and 4.This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with the potential for a fixed-term contract for the right candidate. You will be part of a supportive team dedicated to helping students with diverse needs thrive academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Functional Skills lessons in English and Maths tailored to individual learning needs
- Provide targeted SEN support across KS3 and KS4
- Develop and implement personalised learning plans and interventions
- Create an inclusive classroom environment that promotes confidence and progress
- Monitor student outcomes and contribute to support strategies and reviews
What We Are Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status QTS or equivalent
- Experience supporting students with SEND in a secondary setting
- Strong understanding of Functional Skills curriculum and differentiation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive and nurturing approach to supporting learners
