Technical Engineer (HVAC Systems)

Role Details
* Role Type: Hybrid (site-based, mobile & remote)
* Salary Range: £27,166 - £40,206 + car + overtime (33k to 49k package)
* Location: Remote

Responsibilities
* Refurbish and optimise HVAC systems, including AHUs, EC fans, CHW, LPHW, DX systems, and run-around coils
* Measure airflow and pressure to assess system performance
* Produce detailed technical drawings and documentation for site teams
* Ensure sustainable, regulation-compliant HVAC solutions
* Communicate clearly with site teams, clients, and suppliers

Qualifying Criteria
* Strong HVAC technical expertise across system types
* Proficient in airflow measurement and interpreting performance data
* Able to produce technical drawings from on site solutions
* Exceptional communication skills- especially with non-specialists
* Working knowledge of energy-efficient technologies and regulations
* Resilient, collaborative, and thrives under pressure
