Crynodeb
Maintain the ESR system ensuring accurate records are maintained for staff. Provide team leadership and first line management for a team of workforce administrators acting as a role-model for others. Demonstrate an inclusive, engaging and supportive leadership style. Work autonomously to continually prioritise personal and team workload to ensure timely delivery relating to payroll cut-off. There is a requirement to dynamically manage priorities based on operational need often at short notice. Interpret national terms and conditions and apply these locally to UHSussex staff. Remain up to date with changes to terms and conditions, providing advice to direct reports and line managers. Develop processes and procedures to ensure the effective and consistent management of the ESR system and workforce information. Contribute to the development of workforce policy and practice. Audit the teams work to identify errors, develop plans to rectify and ensure processes and/or training needs are reviewed. For further details / informal visits contact:
