My client are an award-winning Contractor who are proud to be a family-run business who are experiencing a period of extended growth. The business handles a wide range of projects, working predominantly with Social Housing Providers and Local Authorities and specialising in the delivery of retrofit projects.
They have an exciting opportunity available for a Quality & Compliance Manager to join their business as part of the senior leadership team to develop their compliance department, based in their South Manchester Head Offices.
This is a new role created due to the growth of the business and their continued expansion within the renewable energy sector.
Responsibilities:
- The role will be responsible for ensuring all projects are compliant with OFGEM and PAS 2030/2035 requirements.
- Lead and manage the compliance function across the group.
- Ensure all projects meet OFGEM, PAS2030, and PAS2035 standards.
- Oversee documentation processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Liaise with installers, site managers, and retrofit professionals to maintain compliance.
- Prepare progress reports for senior leadership.
- Track incoming files and manage uploads to client portals.
- Provide administrative support to Retrofit Assessors and Coordinators.
- Maintain high standards of quality across all energy efficiency and renewable projects.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:
- Proven experience in compliance, within the renewable energy or energy efficiency sectors (ideally with 5+ years experience)
- Strong knowledge of PAS2030/2035.
- Confident with IT systems and document tracking tools.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
