40 hours per week
As a Fitness Programme Manager at our corporate site, you'll hold a Premier/ Lifetime Diploma or equivalent, CIMPSA registered and you understand the corporate fitness environment. Previously, you've worked as a Programme Manager or Assistant Programme Director at another corporate site and you bring lots of initiative with a good eye for detail.
As a Programme Manager, you will:

Understand and manage the fitness P&L with a good knowledge of budgets, fitness contract management, stakeholder management and invoice processing required monthly

Support the Wellbeing Programme Director (WPD) in delivering the wellbeing programme delivery onsite. Sit in meetings with internal and external stakeholders to relay the onsite fitness product and growth alongside the WPD and Key Client Director

Support the team in supervising the fitness floor. Support wellbeing programmes, webinars and workshops. Oversee the team to deliver excellent customer service including exercise programme management and lifestyle for members

Motivate members, understanding their individual needs to help them achieve their goals. Think outside the box to bring ideas for 5 star onsite service delivery and product delivery

Deliver excellent customer service through everything from personal training, to processing payments

Work alongside the Wellbeing Programme Director to support the Fitness Manager and Studio Coordinator

Ensure the team maintains clinical standards while delivering our unique Health MOT service

Manage our corporate client accounts, attending weekly meetings, strengthening relationships and ensuring their needs are met
