Accrington Stanley and Blackburn Rovers as well as Premier League club Liverpool ,ensuring all match day fans the opportunity to
sample our amazing products. As members of the James Hall & Co. family, we also supply our products to over 600 SPAR stores across
the north of England.

More about the Role
Work within a multi skilled team of bakers and confectioners to manufacture our range of confectionary products
Here is What You Can Expect to be Doing
· mixing of bread dough - traditional and sour dough, and pastry production
· Working with mixers and depositors
· Set up and run machinery used for the manufacture of bakery products to set specifications
· Completing of documents and records accurately
· Manufacture safe, quality food by following all relevant Health, Safety, Environment and Food Safety standards and
working practices
· General housekeeping, and maintaining the cleanliness of the production areas
· Moving equipment such as trolleys and racks safety
· Adheres to site processes and procedures to ensure safe and efficient operation to produce and deliver unbeatable quality
products

A Few Things about You
· To be a positive and organised individual
· 1 -2 year’s experience of working within a similar role is desirable, but training can be given
· Level 2 in food safety and hygiene would be preferable, but training can be given
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· To be enthusiastic, committed and self-motivated
· Have a positive outlook and enjoy working as part of a team, leading by example
· Good written and verbal skills with a good level of numeracy
· Ability to work in a safe manner and consider the safety of others
· Willing to work a flexible shift pattern which include weekends and Bank Holidays
