Provide individualised 1:1 support for children with additional needs, as well as general classroom support

About the Role
As a Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with the class teacher to support and inspire children at the beginning of their school journey. Your responsibilities will include assisting with lessons, encouraging participation, monitoring progress, and offering 1-to-1 support for a child with additional needs.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop classroom skills, gain in-depth knowledge of Early Years education, and build a strong foundation in child development.
