A new opportunity has arisen in west London for a Litigation Paralegal/Fee earner to join our friendly team.

We are recruiting in our West London based law firm seeking a Civil Litigation Paralegal with minimum three years’ experience across general civil litigation matters.

Ideal candidate

Must have strong knowledge of CPR , incl interim injunctions, summary judgment applications, hearings, preparation of trial bundles and witness statements.


Generally, to have experience in a broad range of Litigation matters

Strong legal experience as a Litigation Paralegal/ legal Advisor

Clear understanding and application of Litigation Law and practice

Good analytical and organisational skills and ability to use own initiative to progress cases

Committed team player, self -motivated

Professional pro-active approach, strong client care skills and a sensitive and


You will be working on diverse caseload not limiting to :

Property litigation

Landlord and tenant Contentious probate Statutory lease extensions Employment matters And potentially some corporate commercial work if interested


Duties include:

Assisting with casework and taking ownership of matter where necessary, including dealing with a range of civil cases including but not limited to; Eviction; Possession; Property Ownership Disputes; Succession for Tenants; Contract disputes.

Attending clients in person, over the phone and remote meeting, taking instructions and preparing cases, bundles, instructions to counsel
