About the role
The Hospitality department is looking to appoint a Programme Leader for Hospitality/Catering. In this role you will work with a team of dynamic and supportive staff who work together to ensure that learners have the very best opportunities & experience.
As a teacher of Hospitality subjects, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering lessons which are engaging, informative and challenging. You will be responsible for tracking and monitoring groups of learners to ensure achievement of their qualifications.

About the person
It is essential that you are a team player, with sound knowledge of the subject area with outstanding teaching, learning and assessment strategies and have a keen eye for detail.
Applicant should have:
Two years hospitality catering experience,
City and Guilds Level 3 Professional cookery qualifications or equivalent.
Hold a Certificate of education or be prepared to work towards Assessors qualifications
IV qualifications or be prepared to work towards
