Job Title: Part-Time Sales Representative
Location: Remote (with flexibility for local travel to clients and occasional meeting in office)
Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible scheduling available)
Pay: £18 per hour
Contract: Permanent, part-time
About Us
Spire Bellotte is a newly establishing IT consultancy based in Chesterfield. We help small and medium-sized businesses improve efficiency through business process reviews, automation solutions, and bespoke software development.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing startup at an early stage, playing a key role in building our customer base and shaping how we grow.
The Role
We are looking for a proactive and personable Sales Representative to help us generate leads and convert them into customers. You will work closely with the Director, who delivers our solutions, and you’ll be the face of the company for many prospective clients.
Key responsibilities include:
• Identifying and contacting prospective business clients within the Chesterfield area (20-mile radius).
• Attending local networking events (Chamber of Commerce, Federation of Small Businesses, etc.) to generate leads.
• Presenting the company’s services in a professional, consultative manner.
• Following up on enquiries, booking meetings, and preparing quotes with the Director.
• Recording all leads and customer interactions in the company CRM (training provided).
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Confident, approachable, and able to build relationships quickly.
• Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently.
• Experienced in sales, business development, or account management (B2B preferred).
• Strong communicator, both face-to-face and over the phone/email.
• Able to represent a professional IT consultancy in a credible way.
