Summary
Pinnacle Group is seeking a Procurement Compliance Coordinator to play a key role in delivering our procurement and sustainability strategy by developing, implementing, monitoring and measuring a comprehensive programme of procurement compliance and technology enhancements whilst supporting our valued supply partners in their interactions with Pinnacle and in line with our Values.Our supply chain management procurement procedures help to safeguard the relationships between us and our suppliers, creating trusted and valued partnerships.
You will be joining our Procurement Team based who plays a crucial role as part of our Central Services teams, providing expert support to Pinnacle’s operating businesses, ensuring they function efficiency while embracing best practice.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong grasp of procurement systems and regulatory frameworks.You will be confident working across teams and with external partners, using your analytical skills to drive continuous improvement and ensure transparency across our supply chain. This is a hybrid role with travel required to the office base in Chelmsford and meetings to London.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
- Oversee the onboarding of new suppliers in line with corporate governance and regulations through our supply chain management software
- Take a leading role in enhancing our online supply chain management software and provide training to users
- Conduct system audits and review of procurement activities to identify areas of non-compliance within the supply chain
- Liaise with legal and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and update procurement policies accordingly
- Develop and implement regular reporting on compliance with procurement policies and procedures, highlighting areas of concern or identified trends with suggested improvement actions
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and compliance documentation
- Provide training and support to staff on compliance and systems-related matters
- Work with the team to continuously improve the use of technology, systems and processes
- Promote procurement best practice
- Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to enhance reporting through Power BI
- Work to identify emerging risks and support the business in mapping these to enhanced due diligence and risk management strategies
Key Requirements
- Experience of Enterprise Resource Planning, Customer Relationship Management and Supply Chain Management Systems
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Report writing
- Experience in procurement or compliance roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with a good understanding of regulatory and systems requirements
- A self-starter, comfortable working both autonomously and with colleagues at all levels of the organisation to deliver value in a small, high-functioning team
