Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is looking for a Business Support and Marketing Manager to become a key member of our team, supporting both our Maritime and Offshore curriculum areas at the Fleetwood Nautical Campus. You will play a vital part in driving performance, compliance, and engagement through effective business support and creative marketing strategies.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Ensuring the effective running and compliance of business functions across the Maritime and Offshore areas, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
Leading on business planning, student recruitment, forecasting, HR compliance, and data management to aid informed decision-making.
Creating and managing marketing campaigns and digital content, liaising with both the B&FC Marketing Team and external agencies.
Coordinating major campus events, such as careers fairs, employer engagement sessions, and graduation ceremonies.
Acting as compliance manager, ensuring adherence to legislative frameworks, policies, and student processes.
Translating business and marketing objectives into operational plans that deliver measurable results.
