We are a locally rooted, long-established charity, employing over 150 staff, who are dedicated to supporting the residents of Hull
by providing a wide range of services including affordable housing, training and development, employment services, youth
facilities, personal care and fighting poverty. We would love to have you on board with us to achieve our mission of improving the
quality of life.
Exploring Opportunities Office Administrator
20 hours per week
£12,742.36
Fixed term role until 31st March 2026
The role will include:
* Supporting the Exploring Opportunities and other Goodwin Training Team projects with all admin tasks
* Managing reception, meeting learners and partners at the door
* Taking incoming calls and making outgoing calls
* Taking minutes and actions at meetings
* Managing IAG calendar
* Wider admin support to training manager and other projects linked the Exploring Opportunities and other Goodwin Training Team
projects
* Working towards completing Information, Advice and Guidance sessions with potential learners (training will be provided)
To be successful in this role you will:
* Have a flexible can-do attitude
* Ability to communicate effectively
* Willingness to learn
* Be a confident telephone user
* Have a good working understanding of Microsoft Office
