Helping plans activities – no two days are the same!
Being a good listener, a great companion, and an encouraging presence.
Promoting independence while being there when it matters most.
Working flexible shifts – evenings, weekends, and the occasional adventure!

Energy, positivity, and readiness for a new challenge.
Reliability and open-mindedness – experience is great, but attitude is everything.
