An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Head Vet to lead a dedicated and talented team in Liverpool. This is a chance to play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement in clinical standards, enhancing services, and developing colleagues to help establish the practice as a recognised centre of clinical excellence.
The Role
The Head Vet will be an integral member of the surgery’s management team, bringing a high level of clinical expertise and a strong commitment to outstanding patient care. The ideal candidate will thrive in a leadership role, with the ability to inspire and coach others while delivering on a strategic vision. They will be passionate about ensuring gold standard, evidence-based care across the practice.
The position offers a working pattern of 4 days per week with 1:4 weekends. There is no OOH, though the Head Vet will be required to be on call for any overnight inpatients.
