Field based, Midland (travel required 5 days a week)

£25,000 – £28,825 plus company car

40 hours per week Monday – Friday

BCA Partner Finance provides simple, straightforward and convenient stock funding to BCA Dealers, helping their business to propose by increasing stocking capacity and liquidity.

We are looking for a Field Stock Auditor to join our team. This role is responsible for conducting stock audits at all Partner Finance customers. The purpose is to verify that all financed vehicles are present and correct.

Key Responsibilities


Review and plan a monthly allocation of customers to be audited, ensuring that all customers are visited during the month
Organise oneself each day, ensuring that audits completed as efficiently as possible, with the minimum driving time between audits
Implement and strictly enforce the Stock Audit Procedure as defined by Partner Finance Credit and Risk management
Communicate clearly and constructively with Partner Finance customers
Compile and deliver daily reports of stock audit activity in the prescribed format
Implement special instructions according to the Risk, Asset & Credit department requirements in the event of serious issues being identified
Communicate all issues immediately to the Risk, Assets & Credit departments, reporting back whenever required, according to the procedure


Key Skills


Valid Full UK Driving License
Good self-discipline, organisational skills and ability to self-manage
Excellent communication skills, comfortable dealing with customers including handling sensitive situations impacting BCA’s credit risk
Good judgment discretion is required when attending distress situations and dealing with customers in default
Good IT skills with experience of Microsoft Office
