Crynodeb
We are seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in providing compassionate care to individuals in a care home setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting others and ensuring their well-being.
Duties
- Assist residents with daily tasks such as personal care, dressing, and eating
- Support in the implementation of care plans
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Help residents engage in recreational activities
- Maintain a clean and organised living environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in care home or home care settings is desirable
- Ability to use basic IT systems for record keeping
- Strong communication skills in English
- Compassionate nature and willingness to provide high-quality care
Own transport desirable
Shifts pattern 7am to 7pm. Working variable hours per week, various days
