This is full time, fixed term contract for 12 months.

The Faculty comprises a number of professional services administrative function areas. These are Academic Administration, Executive Office Administration, Partnerships and Placements Administration and Research Administration. Faculty Administrators typically work within a small to medium sized team managed by an Administration Manager on a range of tasks and processes to provide comprehensive support to the assigned function area.

Administrators will typically be assigned to a specific function area team, but may be asked to work across function areas from time to time, or may be asked to move function areas on a more regular basis should a business need arise.

Overall purpose of post: The Faculty comprises a number of professional services administrative function areas. Qualifications required for post: Minimum of five GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent), including Mathematics and English

Experience required for post: Previous administrative experience. Excellent customer service skills are required for this post and experience of working to deadlines in a busy and varied environment.
