Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 Early Years) – Up to £28,000 – Full Time
Our client is looking for an experienced and nurturing Nursery Practitioner to join their warm and welcoming team in a bright, purpose-built nursery.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate childcare professional who wants to make a real difference in children’s early years, while enjoying excellent support, development opportunities, and a friendly working environment.
The Nursery Practitioner will play a key role in providing outstanding care and education for children aged 0–5 years. Working in a spacious setting, you will help create a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment where every child can thrive.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements
- A caring, patient, and approachable nature
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to providing inclusive and supportive childcare

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality early years education and care in line with the EYFS framework
- Plan and implement engaging activities that support children’s learning and development
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Ensure safeguarding and child welfare policies are always followed
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
- Observe, record, and assess children’s progress to support their individual needs
