Full-Time / 35 Hours per Week / School Hours

Are you passionate about education and looking for consistent, full-time work during school hours? We’re recruiting dedicated Education Support Workers to join our client’s supportive team in Oxford, working with learners aged 16+ who need extra help to succeed.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with an educational or support background seeking ongoing work in a rewarding setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide classroom support to students with a variety of additional needs, including autism, dyslexia, learning difficulties, and physical/sensory impairments
• Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group support based on individual learning plans
• Help build a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Work closely with teaching staff, families, and support teams to ensure student progress
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in a support or educational setting (qualifications are a bonus but not essential)
• A genuine interest in helping young people with additional needs
• Strong communication, patience, and adaptability
• A collaborative, positive approach to teamwork
