The Role
As a Residential Children’s Worker, you’ll play a vital role in providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children living in residential care. Every day, you’ll have the chance to help young people grow in confidence, overcome challenges, and achieve their potential.

What You’ll Do
Build meaningful, trusting relationships with children and young people.
Offer tailored emotional and behavioural support.
Encourage and take part in fun, educational, and recreational activities.
Promote safety, wellbeing, and personal development at all times.
Keep accurate records and contribute to care planning.

Have a genuine passion for supporting children and young people.
Can commit to full-time work, including some weekends.
