We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.
This role will be within our water and wastewater Southern Region.

What will you be doing?
As our Managing Estimator you'll manage an estimating team in the South Region reporting to the Divisional Chief Estimator. You'll ensure competence, capacity and compliance of a world class estimating function that supports and delivers against our values and business plan.
You’ll be a collaborative, proactive professional leading estimating activities. Support bids and guide a skilled team.
You’ll work cross-functionally to deliver high-quality submissions, manage resources, and promote continuous improvement. This role involves mentoring, workload planning, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
You’ll champion health, safety, wellbeing, and sustainability, while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Your input will help shape commercial decisions and drive positive outcomes.

- Strong estimating and commercial skills
- Experience in project planning, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.
- Able to manage resources, mentor others, and produce accurate reports.
