Additional Duties: Facilitate the provision of excellent nursing care and work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team. Be a role model and a good leader. Engage with research and evidence-based practice. Ensure that clinical care of patients and others using the service is efficient and of high quality. Develop both clinical and non-clinical skills within the team, with a drive for career development in advanced clinical practice.
